How do I manage or cancel Trace Pro?
Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Trace Peptide. From there you can change tier, cancel, or request a refund through Apple.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Trace Peptide, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. If you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought the subscription, it will reappear.
How do reminders work?
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS based on the cadence you set per protocol. You can disable individual reminders in the app or all of them in iOS Settings → Notifications → Trace Peptide.
Does Trace give medical advice?
No. Trace Peptide is an organizational tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, or prescribing. Always consult a licensed clinician.
Where is my data stored?
Your protocols, doses, notes, and reminders are stored primarily on your device. Subscription status is managed by Apple and RevenueCat. See our privacy policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete app data by deleting Trace Peptide from your iPhone, or by emailing support@tracepeptide.com to request a deletion of any support records we hold.
How do I revoke HealthKit or notification permissions?
Notifications: iOS Settings → Notifications → Trace Peptide. HealthKit: Apple Health app → Sharing → Apps → Trace Peptide (or iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Trace Peptide).
